Skilled Marketing and Communications Professional with 8 Years' Experience

I'm Kelli Hardin, a National Certified Resume Writer and senior professional with experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, interviewing, and most importantly, resume writing and reviewing. In my experience, I've seen which resumes make it to the top of the stack and which ones get placed to the side.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Since then, I have primarily been in the oil and gas industry working in marketing, communications, proposals, human resources, office management, and administration management. 

Over the years I have helped family, friends, and coworkers rewrite their resumes and land their dream jobs. Resume writing became a passion of mine and I am excited to officially launch Monarch Resume, LLC.
